Well, training has taken a break this week, as we’ve been on holidays in Singapore.
Some of the deficit has been made up in walking – including one day with over 22 000 steps! We walked from Robertson Quay to Gardens by the Bay and back again.
My plan is to do an aerobic zone week this coming week before getting back into any intervals, just to minimise risks of injuries.
The City of Armadale Duathlon was today, so I was unable to compete, but it’s a sign the season it getting nearer
